Hi I am from the south and as strange as it may seem the birkenstock shoes are a big thing down here. I used to have a pair but no longer have them anymore. Are the birkenstock clogs still in style. I know people consider them hideous etc. but every where u turn people are wearing them. In case u don’t know what I am talking about here’s a pic…

i know they look bad but i am just curious are they as in style up north as they are down here. By the way most people tend to wear these with jeans or something. I seen a girl in my class have them on with some athletic pants. (btw i am a college student)

Yeah they are in style everywhere. Most of the people I know buy theirs from American Eagle.
I guess so. Not as big as they used to be. Whats in style now are L.L. Bean slippers with wool inside them and, of course, Uggs. But I really like those green shoes. You should get them anyway. I would.

in the east coast yes but in the ca deff not- i lived there
but then again people in the east coast like pa, ny think uggs are cool so might as well get them if your gonna be stuck there for the rest of your life

They are definitely popular in the Midwest. I think pretty much every girl at my school owns a pair (mostly the ones they sell at American Eagle) I personally don’t own a pair because I would prefer to buy more unique shoes. But to answer your question yes they are popular up north.
