I had originally ordered the wrong size and immediately shipped them back (free of charge) and within a week received the correct size. The customer service was excellent and the sandals are wonderful. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and these are pretty much all I wear for comfort.

Supposedly these sandals were manufactured by another company under Birkenstock specifications. However, the sizing to me is off. I have many size 37 Birkenstock sandals which fit perfectly–even though I wear an American size 8. 5 Wide. These, however, are really too small. I didn’t get around to returning them within 15 days. I thought it would be safe to get that size, but I would suggest no one buy these sandals on-line unless you don’t mind sending them back if the size isn’t right.

These are so comfortable. It really was a wonderful suprise. My doctor had told me to start wearing birkenstocks due to medical problems. They are very comfortable and stay on the foot nicely.

These Betulas are not quite as comfortable as the original Birkenstocks, but are a good value for a similar product. They take longer to break in than the originals, but are an attractive sandal.

I am so very happy with the Betula sandals. . . . . every bit as happy as if I had spent the $100+ it would have cost me to get the Birkenstocks. They are as comfortable and look as good to me!! The service was very timely, as well. I couldn’t be happier.
