They took a little bit of getting used to as they have a “lip” on the front edge. . . . quite comfortable but I should have gotten a narrow width instead of a regular width

Birkenstocks are a great shoe made of quality material. The only complaint i have is that the sizing was not correct on the pair of shoes we got. We ordered a size 12 online and received a 13. The conversion to american sizing from European sizing is annoying too as their numbers didn’t match up to the correlation given on amazon. Make sure you have the exact measurement right before ordering to avoid returns.

I recently bought this product to replace my last pair. I wear my Birkenstocks every day for six months out of the year. My last pair finally got a split in the sole after nine years of hard wear. Obviously, I bought the same product to replace them – this time online, cheaper than what I would have paid at a retail store.
