Hi. .
I think dansko are comfy but just for a couple hours , but not 12!
And birkenstock are hard. . lol
I also work as a CNA in a nursing home and I wear CROCS they’re very comfortable. Or wear sneakers. .
I like crocs, too. They have the specialty crocs now with the raised heal, so they are approved in most work places. If you get them wet when giving showers they dry quick too.

Good luck!
Lots of nurses swear by clogs because they give good support without being constricting like Reeboks or other tennies. Also, they stay on well, but are still easy to kick off without having to use your hands.

I love Birkenstocks for work. I’m a nurse and I do those 12 hr shifts. My feet and back never hurt. You may have to wear them in, but since they mold to your feet, they will be extremely comfy after a couple of shifts.
Word to the wise: wear compression hose BEFORE you get varicose veins. I’m young and I have one. Not only is it ugly, it hurts sometimes.
