I was at the mall last night and every woman from teenage to my age (30) was wearing those Birkenstock clogs–Bostons, I think. Those who weren’t wearing those were wearing uggs, which I thought went out two or three years ago. Has everyone gone crazy?
No, not Crocs. Those are bad enough, of course… I’m thinking of the suede–usually tan–birkenstocks with the strap and buckle. With little white ankle socks. Ugh. No pun intended…

Those clogs things are called Crocs. They are disgusting. And Uggs are even worse. Its as if all the women in America are having orthopedic problems and need to wear ugly shoes. It’s heinous and they should all be put in fashion prison.
Uggs are super comfortable and cute I don’t see why people wouldn’t like to own a pair.
If these people feel good wearing these things then they should be able to wear them. It’s not like it has anything to do with you so why do you care??? Even if these things went out of style it doesn’t mean a person can’t wear them. I don’t keep up with anybody’s style but my own. If I like the way something looks then I’m going to wear it no matter what.

I have both – and I love them!!!!!! They are soooo comfy!!! The uggs feel like you are wearing slippers & the birks mold to your feet (literally)

I have a pair of Roxy boots that are similar to Uggs. I don’t wear them for fashion with short skirts, I wear them with long pants because they keep my feet and my calves warm. I don’t want to wear heeled black boots just because it’s cold outside, I’d rather wear flat, comfortable, fuzzy boots that are cute.
Some people do wear them just for fashion. Some people wear things because they actually like wearing them… I’m sure you’ve worn things that maybe everyone doesn’t like but you wear them because you like them, right?

Yeah Uggs are ugly especially those furry ones that make you look like Chewbacca like my bro says. And it’s funny that I think it’s ok to wear for the winter and ummmmmmmmmmm LA is NOT winter and girls everywhere wear them and look STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
